For the purposes of assessing a motor finance claim, you acknowledge and consent to a soft credit search about you to be carried out by: (i) TAL Marketing Group Limited trading as Leadly or a suitable alternative, working with Equifax and/or TransUnion; and/or (ii) Valid8 IP Ltd, to whom we will also disclose personal data for the provision of credit report and identity information, which may include Equifax Ltd, Experian Ltd, and TransUnion. The results from such soft credit searches will be shared with AX-AI Ltd and us. These soft credit searches will not affect your credit score.

Email which you send to us or which we send to you may be monitored by the Firm to ensure compliance with professional standards and our internal compliance policies. Monitoring is not continuous or routine, but may be undertaken on the instruction of a partner where there are reasonable grounds for doing so.
We may change this Policy from time to time. The current version of this Policy will always be available from us in hard copy or on our website. When we make changes to this Policy, we will amend the revision date at the bottom of this Policy. The modified Policy will apply from that date.
